    The Y is a great community health club serving people of all ages, shapes and sizes. They have everything you need to work out, and I’m always able to find a free machine. As a bonus, if you come during the day you can ogle the babies through the glass in the lobby. It’s like a baby aquarium. The only downside is that the special classes–the ones you pay extra for–sometimes seem disorganized.
